Waterjet Cutting The Aquajet Cutting facility of Aerospace Alloys is located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. It is a dedicated unit in the business of offering a Job Shop service to the Industry. Whether your requirements are in the Aerospace, Architectural, Automotive, Medical, or general industry requirements we can meet your needs. We currently have 4 cutting tables in our shop to meet all your cutting requirements. Laser Cutting and Drilling Capabilities range from the sophisticated 5-axis positioning required in the nuclear and aerospace industries, to the routine metal work common to all industries. Laser Welding and Brazing Offering low-distortion fusion welding solutions to the needs of the aircraft engine and medical instrument industries without the need for filler materials or vacuum chambers. For many applications, lasers offer distinct performance and cost advantages. We also offer the following specialized Welding and Brazing services: Heliarc Welding, Plasma Weld, Hand Torch Brazing, Hardfacing. Alloys welded: Magnesium, Titanium, Aluminum, Nickel and Iron Base. Tube Bending Aerospace Alloys can provide round, square, elliptical and rectangular tubing in most any alloy. We can assist you with bending many intricate shapes. Extrusions Aerospace Alloys offers extrusions in aluminum, nickel, and iron-based alloys. Final configuration will depend on required shape and alloy. top^
